Refund Policy
Scope. This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by HelixumSignal, located at Calle Larios, 8, Piso 2º Derecha — 29005, Málaga, Málaga, España. It governs the conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital design, development, and consultancy services.
Project Milestones. All projects are structured around clearly defined milestones, each requiring client approval before progression to the next phase. Refund eligibility is assessed relative to the milestone at which termination occurs.
Cancellation Before Work Begins. If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within fourteen (14) business days.
Cancellation During Active Project. If a project is terminated after work has begun but before completion: (a) payment for all completed and approved milestones is non-refundable; (b) payment for the currently active milestone will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed; (c) any advance payment for future, unstarted milestones will be refunded in full.
Completed Deliverables. Once a milestone deliverable has been delivered and approved by the client, the associated payment becomes non-refundable. Approval may be expressed explicitly (written confirmation) or implicitly (requesting further modifications or integrations based on the delivered work).
Quality Disputes. If the client believes a delivered milestone does not meet the specifications outlined in the project brief, they must submit a written dispute within seven (7) days of delivery. HelixumSignal will review the dispute and, if valid, will revise the deliverable at no additional cost. Refunds for quality disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Method. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of refund approval. Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.

Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the services of HelixumSignal ("the Company"), located at Calle Larios, 8, Piso 2º Derecha — 29005, Málaga, Málaga, España, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Scope of Services. HelixumSignal provides digital studio services including, but not limited to: visual design systems, custom typography layouts, user experience architecture, motion design, web engineering, brand identity, creative direction, and digital campaign systems. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
Project Agreements. Each project is governed by a project agreement that defines: scope of work, deliverables, timeline, milestones, payment schedule, and revision limits. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.
Intellectual Property. Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the Client receives full ownership of all final deliverables produced under the project agreement. HelixumSignal retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used during the project remain the property of HelixumSignal.
Payment Terms. Invoices are issued according to the milestone schedule defined in the project agreement. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of invoice date. Late payments incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. HelixumSignal reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than thirty (30) days.
Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of three (3) years.
Limitation of Liability. HelixumSignal's total liability under any project agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. HelixumSignal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination. Either party may terminate a project agreement with fifteen (15) days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, España.
Amendments. HelixumSignal reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
